**** Best Winery in region - James Halliday Australian Wine Companion 2009

2007 Stella Bella Viognier
“A stunning wine from Margaret River, this pays homage to the better Rhone examples. It has floral & musky notes on the
nose & the structure in the mouth.”
Sally Gudgeon – Sunday Life Magazine – Sun Herald 24/05/09

2007 Stella Bella Chardonnay
Gold Medal – Margaret River Wine Show
90/100 “Toasty, almost sulphide-like smoky-oak aroms with a tight, citrusy palate that has some style and finesse. The finish
is firm with some drying oak and it’s quite youthful. Good wine from a reliable maker.”
Huon Hooke – Top 50 Winter Wines –
Good Living – Sydney Morning Herald 19/05/09

2006 Stella Bella Shiraz
91 points “White pepper, licorice and lively red fruit aromas; the spice follows through on the palate, with a fine, lingering
finish.’
James Halliday Australian Wine Companion 2009

2006 Stella Bella Tempranillo
90 points “Bright crimson; a mix of cherry, raspberry and lemon rind with a nice savoury twist to the finish; overall balance
and length are good.”
James Halliday Australian Wine Companion 2009
“was strongly supported by Peter Forrestal, who found it “ restained with a lovely smooth, viscous, tongue-coating texture.
Ripe raspberry, brambly flavours and an attractive finish.” I agreed on the red berry flavours but found the oak to be a little
strong at present. It should integrate well, however, evolving into cedary complexity in a couple of years. Other than that, the
wine’s ready now”
Nick Bullied – Gourmet WINE Traveller – Spanish Conquest – June to July 08
