Glenpara vines were planted in 1850’s by David Randell Esquire. The vines were later acquired by Seppeltsfield who relaunched the brand showcasing the finest fruit from Barossa Valley and in particular the sub region of Seppeltsfield/Greenock.
The wines are produced at Seppeltsfield, utiliising traditional means including foot treading, open fermentation and basket pressing.
Glenpara winemaking team is headed by Kevin Mitchell of the multi award winning Clare Valley winery Kilikanoon and Seppeltfield’s chief winemaker Sarah Siddons.
