The Knappstein’s are dedicated to making predominantly world-class single vineyard wines from what we firmly believe to be one of Australia's greatest vineyard areas. This necessitates striving for perfection in both vineyard and winery and accepting that the production of great wine requires not only painstaking care, but time and financial discipline.
Close attention is paid to producing grapes of exceptional quality. Once picked, the best available technology and Tim Knappstein's 30 years' winemaking experience are employed to make all the fruit into wine. These wines are then assessed, and through rigorous selection, only the best of the wines from any season are bottled under the TK Label.
